Policy Details:
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@naviika.in with your order details and images of the issue.
- We will review your request and, if applicable, provide an exchange or an appropriate resolution.
Return Exceptions (Customer-Paid Return Shipping):
While returns are generally not accepted, we may approve exceptional cases where customers wish to return unused, defective products within 7 days of delivery. If approved:
- Customers must cover the return shipping costs and use a trackable shipping service.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund or exchange will be processed at our discretion.
